What it feels like

Al Barari feels noticeably different from most Dubai residential areas. Mature landscaping, low-density villas and greenery create a much calmer environment than newer master developments. The trade-off is price and distance from Dubai's main business districts.

A low-density villa community built around botanical gardens and water features off Al Ain Road, known for the greenest landscaping in Dubai.
