What it feels like

Tilal Al Ghaf feels like a resort that people happen to live in. The lagoon and beach areas are genuinely used, homes are new and well-specified, and walking paths are unusually good for Dubai. Everyday services are still thin, so you drive out for a lot.

A newer master community off Hessa Street and Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street, centred on Lagoon Al Ghaf, sandy beaches and walking trails.

Strengths

  • Swimmable lagoon and sandy beaches

  • Good pedestrian and cycling paths
  • Strong community programming
